1. 酒店免費接駁車的地點不清楚 想詢問酒店方面 攜程平台訂的 頁面沒有留酒店郵箱 衹能一早網絡電話致酒店 聽筒那邊還沒有等我excuse me講完 就粗魯打斷和我説：Japanese only！好的 那衹能自己摸索！在急下田車站information處和工作人員解釋了情況並展示了酒店名稱 想問問有無固定接駁車的地點我們去等候 工作人員態度惡劣 不耐煩的説該酒店沒有接駁車 必須提前電話預約！好吧 那不會日語的我們請問如何預約呢？
2 放棄了接駁車的念頭 在急下田車站叫了出租去到酒店 100大洋3公里 算了 怪自己不懂日語
3 前台check-in 一名中國intern接待了我們 態度尚可給了鑰匙入住 進的是最低樓層的海景房 對比了平台展示的sea view 歎了口氣 而且給的位置很差 開門居然是洗衣房
4預訂的房型帶了早晚餐 看到有人寫了供應懷石料理滿懷期待 結果前台説是自助餐 那也成約了2nd part用餐時間一進門 像走進了食堂！全部的日本人拿着餐盤在不同的餐枱邊繞圈排隊一有新的食材上桌 就一搶而空！自助晚餐的飲品衹有紅茶和水是免費的 任何軟飲或酒類都需要額外收費⋯.
5 酒店造在了7層高的坡上 沒有接駁巴士或者出租車送到門口的話 要靠自己腿着爬上坡 強度不亞於爬一座小山
6 酒店的自助早餐也很誇張7點用餐開始 我們6:58到的已經大排長龍 用餐過程和昨晚自助晚餐一樣 排隊-哄搶-排隊……
房間的空調噪音如視頻 風量調到最小 依然共振噪音

The overall environment is nice, with a sea view. However, since it's off-season, some bar singers aren't working. Driving here is a good option, but taking the bus is inconvenient, with buses running every hour. I didn't realize when booking that the room was for one person only. When checking out, because we were two people, the hotel asked me to pay an additional 800 RMB. They didn't mention the extra fee at check-in... The service experience wasn't very good.
